Overview

These terms and conditions outline the working relationship between Her Rebrand Studio (operated by Katie Astle, "we", "us", "the studio") and you ("the client") when engaging our design services. By booking a project with us, you agree to these terms.

Services

Her Rebrand Studio offers brand identity design, web design, packaging design, digital product design, lead magnet design, landing page design, and ongoing monthly support. The specific deliverables for each project will be outlined in your project proposal before work begins.

Proposals & Booking

Before any project begins, you will receive a detailed proposal outlining the scope of work, deliverables, timeline, and total investment. A project is officially booked once you have approved the proposal and paid the required deposit.
Proposals are valid for 14 days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing and availability may be subject to change.

Payment Terms

Payment terms are as follows unless otherwise agreed in your proposal:

• 50% deposit is required to secure your project start date. Work will not begin until the deposit has been received.

• 50% final payment is due upon completion of the project, before final files are delivered.

• For larger projects, a three-part payment plan may be offered (deposit, mid-project, and final payment).

• Monthly support packages are billed at the start of each month.

Payments can be made via bank transfer or any other method agreed upon at the time of booking. All prices are quoted in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated.

Project Timelines

Estimated timelines will be provided in your proposal. These are based on prompt feedback and provision of all required materials from the client. Delays in providing feedback, content, images, or approvals may result in the project timeline being extended.
We will always communicate proactively if timelines need to shift on our end.

Revisions

Each project includes a set number of revision rounds as outlined in your proposal. Typically:

• Concept stage: Up to 2 rounds of revisions on initial concepts

• Refinement stage: Up to 2 rounds of revisions on the chosen direction

Additional revisions beyond what is included in the scope will be charged at a rate agreed upon before the extra work begins. Minor text changes and small tweaks are generally accommodated within the existing scope.

Client Responsibilities

To ensure we can deliver the best possible work within the agreed timeline, we ask that you:

• Provide all required content, images, copy, and brand materials in a timely manner

• Respond to feedback requests within 5 working days (unless otherwise agreed)

• Designate a single point of contact for approvals and feedback

• Communicate openly and honestly throughout the project

If feedback or materials are not received within 14 days of a request, we reserve the right to close the project. The project may be reopened at a later date subject to availability and may incur a re-start fee.

Intellectual Property & Ownership

Upon receipt of full and final payment, ownership of all final design files transfers to the client. This includes logos, brand assets, website designs, and any other deliverables outlined in the proposal.
Until full payment is received, all work remains the intellectual property of Her Rebrand Studio.
We reserve the right to feature completed work in our portfolio, website, social media, and promotional materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Third-Party Costs

Any third-party costs required to complete the project — such as stock imagery, premium fonts, website hosting, domain registration, or plugin subscriptions — are the responsibility of the client and are not included in our fees unless explicitly stated in the proposal.

Cancellations & Refunds

If you need to cancel a project:

• Before work begins: Your deposit will be refunded minus a 20% administration fee

• Once work has begun: The deposit is non-refundable. Any additional work completed beyond the deposit value will be invoiced accordingly.

• Mid-project pauses: If you need to pause a project, we will hold your files and slot for up to 30 days. After this period, a re-start fee may apply.

We reserve the right to cancel a project if the working relationship becomes unworkable. In this case, you will be invoiced only for work completed to date and all files will be delivered.

Liability

Her Rebrand Studio will always aim to deliver the highest quality work. However, we cannot guarantee specific business outcomes (such as increased sales, followers, or revenue) as a result of our design work.
Our total liability for any claim arising from a project shall not exceed the total fee paid for that project.

Confidentiality

We treat all client information, business plans, and project details as confidential. We will not share your information with any third party without your prior written consent, except where required by law.

Communication

All project communication will take place via email unless otherwise agreed. We typically respond within 1–2 working days. Our standard working hours are Sunday to Thursday, but we are flexible and will always communicate availability clearly.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. The terms in effect at the time of your project booking will apply to that project.
