RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
All items purchased from Katie Astle are hand poured, picked and packaged with love and passion. Each item is checked over before being dispatched and is not sent out to all of our customers unless it is perfect quality.

However, unfortunately, our products can be damaged during transit.
If you have received a damaged items or for breakages, please contact us via contact page or email us at hello@katieastle.co.uk within 48 hours of receiving your parcel and we will look in to this for you.
